On Behalf of Peter and I, We just never got the chance to tell you how absolutely wonderful you and your company were.  You should be proud in this day and age, to actually practice customer service. We are settled in now, finally, and just waiting to see how our first winter will be here. We will contact you in the spring to help us with some ideas and need for our back-yard projects. The results of the job that was done for us was not able to be as good as I expected and Joe agreed. This seemed to be unavoidable and every effort was made to fix it to no avail. We were able to negotiate a fair compromise price which Joe left up to me. While the results were not what I hoped a business show its true colors in a situation like this and I will not hesitate to call on Level Rite in the future. Nice honest people to do business with.

I am really pleased that I had Level Rite out to do my “little” job. It was scheduled on a Friday morning but then I needed to go away that morning early. No problem, Joe came and finished the job anyway in the light rain. We came back on Sunday to a complete finished and a well level walk. I will recommend Level Rite to all my friends and family. Sometimes the best bid for a job is the one you don’t get. I called for a bid for a concrete issue I have and Joe from Level Rite came out to survey it. Afterward, he informed me of some other methods to treat the issue which would probably be more ideal solutions. Not being any kind of expert in concrete matters, I probably could have been “sold” on most anything as a solution. Joe chose to take the road of integrity and inform me rather than sell me. Integrity in business is rare these days, however, Level Rite has a lot of it in stock!

They leveled both our front walkway and our stamped concrete in the backyard. My husband was concerned about holes in the stamped concrete….Joe was able to do ours in the grout lines so it is completely unnoticeable! Would highly recommend them! Customer service is great!

They leveled my concrete at my side door entrance and three sections of my concrete walkway to the front door. Joe did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Joe and Jenn for any leveling work. Reasonable price, professional service and it looks great.
